As per the ‘Guests are like God,’ Customers are like proverb prevalent in society Gods to shopkeepers and sellers, But’ Consumer protection Act’ was implemented in 1986. Before implementation of this act consumers have been exploited economically by businessmen and traders. Their exploitation has been stopped due to this act.
But in the today's age of computers consumers are being cheated in a great extent. Therefore there is a great need in making amendments in this act. Keeping this in mind, reformation in the act and implement is anew by taking help of ‘Cyber Law’. There is doubt that this new act will be most effective.
