Abstract

At present, every nation understands itself as a welfare state. That is why every state seems to be striving to give a welfare state to its state according to its system of governance and situation. Even in ancient times, the state was expected to carry out some moral ideals and welfare work. That is why you seem to have mentioned in your book what work should be done by the state with different thinking. E.g. Kautilya, Aristotle, Mill, Bentham, Shells. In the present times and in the age of globalization, many development schemes are being implemented by the government in the welfare state and a large amount of help is being sought from governmental and non-governmental organizations. Today, as every nation has come closer to each other due to the means of milling, every nation is trying to attract multinational companies to its nation and is trying to achieve the development of the country, which is why India, like other states, seems tobe affected. The welfare state seems tohave limitedthefreedom to make decisions in the economic sector in order to achieve this concept. India has to comply with international norms on defence, shipping, foreign travel. In this regard, globalization seems to have had an impact on the welfare state, sometimes for good and sometimes for bad. Therefore, there is a need to find a solution plan. Then every nation can properly carry out the concept of welfare in its internal affairs. Otherwise, it will affect all sectors and the welfare concept will lag behind. The state as a whole will be known as a true welfare state if it carries out asmuchwelfare workas it canand benefits all thepeople.
