Quick response through whatsapp to the smart library readers

The present study has been conducted with the purpose to identify the“Quick Response through Whatsapp to the Library Readers”. The impact of social media especially Whatsapp usage and access on smartphones and even web nowadays have become common. Students, librarian and teachers are easy to share library information and connect the new readers from anywhere, anyplace. Library can send quick response to the library reader's requirements on Whatsapp groups. The present paper discusses the ways for awareness and utilizing the potential of Whatsapp for providing better information and services to the smartlibrary readers.
