Abstract

Who is not able to see anything. Those are the blind, visually impaired. Such people we can see around us in a huge number. They are totally dependent on their peers for everything. The technology became a boon for such people. In this paper, I have discussed the assistive technology and tools which are so useful for them to act as normal. To acquire the knowledge as a normal. To enjoy life as normal. I have taken the samples of 14 visually impaired and have analyzed the data. Braille script literature and study materials, Talking Software, Apps, Translator software etc. Many of them are using these assistive technologies. But still many are not aware of these tools. This paper throws light on assistive tools and explain hoe these tools work.
