Abstract

In this Research article the researcher focuses on difficulty in sustaining growth and profitability among management institutes after COVID- 19 in Nagpur Region. A growth and profitability are essential to the survival of a failing business. Growth and profitability are a sustained positive change in the performance of a business to obtain desired results. A growth and profitability are complex procedure that requires a strong management team and sound business core. The growth and profitability also requires the leadership of a competent management, capital and trust and support of the institutions employees and stakeholders (Trustees) etc. but recent scenario of management institutes after COVID-19 in Nagpur region are very difficult for sustaining growth and profitability.
