The nature of human rights and Indian women

All human beings on earth have the right to life, social dignity and security. Human rights are the natural rights of every human being. The United Nations has taken the initiative to make the Universal Declaration of Human Rights a global initiative to ensure that all human beings in all nations of the world enjoy these rights and their interests, dignity and quality are respected. Humanity is the basis of human rights. The nature of human rights is universal and a person enjoys human rights without any discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, caste, religion, language, gender, etc. The concept of human rights is constantly evolving and new rights are being added to it. The National Commission for Human Rights was established in India in pursuance of the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Commission has always been committed to protecting the interests of women by eliminating injustice. Despite this, strict enforcement of human rights laws is crucial to the challenges facing human rights in various parts of the country.
