The study of content of qualities in good research

In this era research plays most important role in all sectors. Day by day there is a boom in the knowledge in various academic fields and all this new knowledge is used to produce a good academic research. It is a movement from known to unknown. Research work traditionally defined as gathering data that can help to answer the questions about various aspects in the concerned subject. The research work may be asked to provide answers to questions of theoretical interest to particular discipline. Research is a common activity in academic institutions all over the world. The research in academic is concerned with human beings. The organizational behavior is an important part of the focus of research in academic sector. Academic research involves more than just choosing a topic and collecting and analyzing data. To be considered good, research must meet certain criteria.
