Blueprint: Enhancing visibility, impact and citation in the research world

Scholarly publications are the parameters to evaluate the performance of researchers as well as institsutions. The reputation and ranking of research entities are highly impacted by the scholarly output contributed by each researcher. The improvement in quality and visibility of research output at the global level will promote collaboration and funding for invention and study. This paper has discussed in detail various researcher network databases, strategies for enhancing citation and visibility. The author has pointed out here. If the research output publisher is in open access journal and visible on social networking sites and researcher database it will be more visible and more cited.
