The present paper is an endeavour towards peeping into the Emerging Strategies and activities of Community-Based Disaster Management (CBDM). The first section deals with the concept of CBDM and second section focuses on emerging strategies of CBDM, while the third section highlights emerging activities of CBDM and the last section of the paper dwells upon conclusion and suggestions.
