There is a dearth of female corporate leaders at the top echeleon who is to blame for this women themselves or some unofficial corporate policies. Those women who are the top level say that there is no gender discrimination in corporate world. But then there are those women who have experienced the existence of glass ceiling in every profession.
The article offers a sneek peak into this sex stereotype and also offers some tips to break these barriers.
