Social exclusion happens when people do not have and cannot get the education, jobs, decent housing, health care, and other things they need to live comfortably, to participate in society and to feel that they are valued and respected members of their community. Social exclusion is both cause and effect of poverty, poor health, the unemployment and crime. All the impacts of the social exclusion are linked each other. If poverty, disability, and unemployment result of exclusion then inclusion must be a process that overcomes these barriers. Inclusion welcomes individual and group that society has previously left out into the planning and policy development process in their community. For this inclusive policy is required to give equal opportunity along with equal access to all.
