The present study was carried out to compare the adjustment, motivation and academic qualification of regular and self finance B.Ed. teachers. This was a survey study. For this purpose 100 teacher educators of aided colleges and 100 teacher educators of self finance colleges were selected from different B.Ed. colleges of Kanpur Nagar and Dehat.Purposive sampling was used for data collection. Mangal Teacher Adjustment Inventory (MTAI) by Dr.S. K. Mangal, Motivation Analysis Test (MAT) by S.D.Kapoor were administered and academic qualification information was collected. Correlation was used to find the relationship between different variables and t-test was employed for testing the significance of difference in mean scores. The results indicates that there was no difference in adjustment and motivation of regular and self finance teachers but regular teachers were more qualified than self finance teachers.
