Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Human Resource Development (HRD) in the field of education sector. In this study we will focus that how HRD is important to enhance the performance of employee and to improve the organizational or institutional effectiveness. The objective of HRD is to improve the performance of the institutions by maximizing the efficiency and performance of the people. The institutions want to develop their knowledge and skills, their actions and standards, their motivation, incentives, attitudes and work environment. The focus of all aspects of Human Resource Development is on developing the greater workforce so that the institution and individual employees can accomplish their efforts. This research will also discuss that how HRD functions are successfully carried out through its sub-systems and how important these sub-systems for a proper functioning of institution. HRD is an essential tool to enhance the performance of employee as well as the institution. Through this research we are able to identify that up to what extent institutions are implementing HRD sub-systems and how many employees are satisfied with the proper implementation of HRD sub-systems in their working place. So, to conclude, HRD is a difficult concept used to look after the improvement of the human capital of any institution. Every individual have varied expectations from this approach. So, to manage its activities and sub-systems competently, the management should be aware of the need of HRD in their institution and a proper system should be put into practice. The purpose of this Research is to involve individual and organizational development in response to a changing and complex operating environment. Decisions about development of Human Resource shape the competencies that organizations have, their ultimate success, and from the perspective of individuals, these decisions determine the path and pace of careers.
