Abstract

In the present study survey method was employed. The purpose of the present investigation was to study the Managerial Creativity in relation to Types of Schools and Biographic Variables of Secondary School Principals. A sample of 60 Government and Private Secondary School Principals was selected by random sampling technique. Managerial Creativity Scale developed by S. Jain, R, Jain and U. Dhar was used to assess the Managerial Creativity of school principals. The data were analyzed using 2 × 2 Factorial Design Analysis of Variance. The Managerial Creativity of Government School Principals was found to be significantly higher than Private School Principals. Moreover, it was also found that Types of Schools is related to Managerial Creativity, but the kind of relation depends on Experience of the Principals.
