Electronic commerce (e-commerce) continues to influence the global business environment immensely; however recent innovations in electronic technologies are focussing on newer channels of communication viz., wireless net, mobile computing and mobile commerce. Subsequently mobile banking (m-banking) is identified as a vital distribution channel for financial services. The adoption and use of mobile banking services are crucial for both service providers and the parties investing in it to earn profit from this innovation. Besides, it is a strong potential tool for financial inclusion which is the biggest challengefaced by emerging economies such as India. The present study attempts to identify the determinants of factors influencing theattitude towards adoption of mobile banking services including belief constructs, trust and social influences. Theoretical andpractical implications of the findings have been presented.
