Abstract

This case provides an overview to students on how a start-up faces various challenges to grow and sustain. It provides apractical overview of the corporate world on how the business uses different strategy to showcase them as unique and best. Similarly this case is about a real estate company “Indian Realty Exchange” which was setup at a time when real estate industry was facing huge crisis and the case clearly portrays how the company has used various online and offline marketing strategy to overcome the problem.
