Noora, CEO-Minions Auto Corp, once saw a family of four travelling on a scooter in the rain. This gave him an idea to come upwith a car affordable to low-income families which was named FLASH. Mr. Girish Wagh was the head of the Flash Project and an old 800cc was taken as the benchmark. Despite initial success of the Flash Car, the incident of a fire in a newly bought Flash dented the image of the car. As the reputation of Minion Auto-Corp was at stake, Mr Noora demanded a detailed synopsis of what went wrong. On scrutinizing it was found out that the wires used were faulty and locking mechanism was also improper. He wanted to know which supplier supplied the faulty wire. Minions Auto Corp. emptied their bourses to ensure that their sales didn't take a hit. Mr. Wagh appointed a team to look into the matter and come up with a decision on issues of how to resolve the issue. Also, the PR department worked overtime to ensure the image didn't take a further hit. As a result the batterysystem was revamped to give warranty appropriate to company standards and within a couple of fortnight it was estimatedwhether the new model needed to be introduced as part of a strategy if the current model did not do well in coming months. Anew model was newly introduced and market reach and rating for the new model was evaluated.
