Forest fire is one of the crucial factors in accelerating the recent global warming crisis especially in deteriorating of world environment and its atmospheric stability. It is an uncontrolled fire in forest area but generally occurs in countryside dry forests. Forest fires could be characterized in terms of cause of ignition, physical properties and the combustible material present in the forest. The forest fire mainly brakes between 40°C to 45°C. In this paper, the distingusion of fire broke out temperature in forest is analyzed in the light of PID influenced event calculus technique for designing a sequential alarm generation to warn the forest authority. At a certain level of temperature, the rate of generation of number of photon particles generated from heated wood or body of tree is also calculated. Overall, the mathematical formulation based warning alarm generation with respect to its corresponding level of temperature is designed, which assists of management to monitor the fire broke out condition and take precaution effectively especially in sensitive forest regions like dry bushes, longs grasses etc.
