The study shows that Mizoram University, though fruitful for the occupational change and marketing for the people of Tanhril locality, has also negative impact on the occupational structure of the villager. It seeks to correlate servicing sector provided by Mizoram University and also studies how land compensation has impact on their economy on Tanhril Village.
