Understanding the pattern of weather changes over a period of time and modifying the management practices in relation to climate change are challenges to the growth of Indian agricultural sector as a whole in the future. Simple adaptation strategies, such as change in seeds planting dates and development of seeds varieties that could tolerant climate change and improved land-use policies and risk management through early warning system and crop-weather insurance.
