‘Homosexuality is prejudice’, In India’s conservative heterosexual society, there’s ripple perception regarding inclusivity of LGBTQ+ and transgender community. They suffer extreme social exclusion, discrimination, verbal, and physical abuses. In the past decade, the range of levels of acceptance has increased. This research paper focuses on how perception of society toward inclusion of community changed the role of media and law in reformation of socio-contemporary and historical makeup of trans and gay community.
