Globalization has an impact on the lives of the people in both negative and positive ways. To discuss Reproductive health in general, the new technological advancement has helped cure infertility. It has also reduced the mortality rate of the new mothers and also the babies. It has also helped in controlling the population to an extent by introducing various contraceptive methods in the Indian markets. But its negative impact can also not be overlooked. The overuse and uncontrolled use of various medicines and drugs has led to ill effect on the overall reproductive health of women in India. This paper aims to acknowledge both positive and negative impacts of the technological advancement in India due to the globalization.
