The impact of organizational climate on the performance of employees

Abstract

This study was conducted in the Republic of Sudan in Khartoum, a study applied to the Real Estate Bank and Al Baraka Bank with the aim of studying the impact of the organizational climate based on the performance of the employees. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method which is the scientific method that meets the purposes of the study because it depends on studying the reality as it is on the ground In order to achieve the objectives of the study and analyzed the questionnaire data in the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The organizational climate significantly affects the performance (at the enterprise level) There is also a significant correlation between functional performance and organizational climate. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 = α) on the degree of job performance among the employees of Al Baraka Bank and the Real Estate Bank, due to the variables of the study. The level of function (0.05 = α) on the degree of organizational climate in the employees of Al Baraka Bank and the Real Estate Bank is attributed to the study variables. The study also reached a number of recommendations, including the establishment of a specialized department for the satisfaction of employees within each organization in order to prepare the organizational climate and the work of the monthly reports of the senior management to clarify the degree of organizational climate prevailing in the institution to preserve it if it is good and improve if negative. Organizational environment in order to achieve a high degree of performance.
