This study will analyze empowerment of females in Islam, as in the prevailing situation it is believed, which is a misconception that women in Islam are deprived of freedom and equality. This results in narrow and ghettoized understanding about Muslim women. This is completely out of ignorance and misunderstanding of Islamic Laws.
For considering the fact-finding spirits of misconception about women in Islam, it is important to examine the fact which is completely opposite edifices, needs a thorough and comparative study through the different civilizations and finding the realities.
The specific objectives that we intend to meet our study-Islamic emancipation about women empowerment through Islamic systems of life which may be studied through freedom, Equality, Security, Economic Empowerment, Dignity and attaining Education.
The research design employed for the present study is basically towards understanding economic Independence, business acumen, skills and entrepreneurial development and complete foray of capacity development. The issues pertaining to discuss in the research will be based on Sources of the Islamic law as primary i.e. The Holy Quran, Hadith, Ijma and Qiyas etc (sources of Sharia verdicts) beside this the topic empowerment of women will carry some secondary sources.
The study would be based on the Qualitative basis, as an example Arabian peninsula will be considered in depth as a study to narrate the reality and further may give us as true example ofits paramount.
