In this context, organizational theory, which tries to explain organizations and organizational relations, has become a distinctive and important field. Conceptual framework of organizational theory analysis is a form of analysis that tries to explain how organizations function, their relationships with their environment and how they establish these relationships. As a result of the study, it was determined that the analysis of organizational theory at the intra-organizational and inter-organizational level is related to the technical and social division of labor, and social and functional integration in terms of differentiation and integration variables.
