Making it user-friendly is also a great challenge for them as they try to connect with the end-user with satisfaction. User-friendly system allows the user to voluntarily stay longer and return even participate in some trivial activities like contributing of data. Allowing them to participate in the data contribution will make a great impact in data comprehensiveness and accuracy. Traditionally, databases are hidden to users since some information is confidential. While other reason also is that back-end database is hard to manipulate and it takes a strong background in programming and database theory to understand it. However, modern systems are now sharing the very content of their database allowing other systems to make use of the data using API. Also, making use of crowd sourcing is one of the norms in the modern times as it tries to collect valuable information from people in a particular area or even around the world. The Medical Keyword Searching Application Using Word Document File as Database is developed to address the underlying issue and challenge of creating innovative way in connecting to the end-user and make them voluntarily participate in the data contribution leading into a more comprehensive and accurate data repository. The study is a descriptive-developmental research to accomplish the development of the digital system and determining the level of acceptability of the system.
