Work can be organised to reduce the battle between work and life and to promote a healthy balance between enjoyable and important activities; for instance, allowing employees greater control over their working hours through flexible scheduling, telecommuting, etc. Employee assistance programmes are designed to identify and support employees who are struggling in larger organisations. Best practises for HR Management (HRM) can be exchanged, and associations can learn from how other associations have successfully survived. Potential responses from the public authority include social work or work techniques and projects. Business protection is an example of a scheme that provides temporary financial assistance to representatives who need to take time off work to devote their full attention to a very ill family member. Other government supports for those in need include individual counselling, benefits for those with disabilities, and the clinical protection framework backed by the public authority. In any case, the goal of the majority of works is to lessen work-related stress and the conflict between work and life in order to prevent collapse. Businesses (and some employees) are searching for more adaptability in the workplace. It is important to address any factors that lead to tension or dissatisfaction. This paper deals about balance among career and personal life of female employees of IT sector.
