The research paper will study the impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Microfinance Industry in India. Analyzing the comparative performance before and after Covid-19 crisis in the microfinance sector, especially in the last five years in India. It will study the contribution of SelfHelp Group - Bank Linkage Programme in providing financial support in India during the crisis. With the overall performance of Microfinance in India the best performing states in the field of Microfinance will be highlighted in detail mentioning the reasons behind their good performance during the period.
To find out the contribution of the microfinance sector during the period of Covid-19 Pandemic in India.
