The study ascertained the management strategies used by the academic library managers of Quezon province in delivering new normal library services. This study described the different strategies of the library managers in opening the library and delivering quality education in the new normal through assessing their self-efficacy following the models of organizational effectiveness and the benefits of those strategies to the convenience of library users. This study utilized a self-made survey questionnaire using the theory of organizational effectives as a framework by Childers and Van House (1989) and from the study of Frederick, J. and Wolff-Eisenberg, C. (2020). The study employed a descriptive-evaluative survey method of research utilizing purposive sampling. Among forty-five (45) respondents, only thirty-three (33) returned the instrument. A set of standardized questionnaires was used to determine the different strategies of academic library managers in delivering new normal library services in Quezon Province. Moreover, this study served as a tool to help academic library managers in improving their library services and operations at this time of pandemic. Academic libraries in Quezon province experienced a hard time in adopting the new normal since the Electronic services is not yet provided in some academic libraries. Hence, this study revealed that the management strategies of academic library managers in delivering services in the new normal is significant for better improvement of the library access to quality information without sufficing the health and safety of both library users and librarians. This study provides a great value for libraries in Quezon province in responding to COVID-19. This showed that the most appropriate library services in the new normal are the management skills and competencies of the academic library managers, ICT integration, virtual benchmarking, attending webinars in librarianship, and CPD advancement are very useful for current and future research development for the library.
