This study investigated the impact of datainformed leadership on educational management practices and decision-making processes at La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP). The research aimed to identify the key components of data-informed leadership, assess the extent of its implementation, and analyze its impact on the university's management. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating both qualitative and quantitative data analyses to offer comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of data-informed leadership in the LCUP context. The study targeted faculty members, administrators, and department heads involved in decision-making processes. Quantitative data were collected through an online survey, while qualitative data were gathered using semi-structured interviews. Results revealed that data-informed leadership positively influenced decision-making processes and educational management practices. Key components of data-informed leadership included data collection and analysis, collaborative decision-making, continuous improvement, and accountability. Challenges in implementing data-informed leadership were identified, such as limited data literacy among staff, resistance to change, and insufficient resources for data management. The study's findings provided valuable insights that could potentially inform the adoption of more efficient and effective management strategies supported by data-driven insights, ultimately fostering an improved educational environment at LCUP and other educational institutions.
