This study examines the mental health challenges faced by teachers in post-pandemic China, emphasizing the psychological climate and technology-driven work environments. It explores key factors such as stress levels, burnout, and coping mechanisms, assessing the impact of rapid digital tool integration on teachers' well-being. Using hypothetical data analysis, the research identifies trends and correlations supported by visual aids like tables and graphs. Findings reveal that while technology offers efficiency, it also contributes to significant stress and burnout. The study highlights the need for targeted interventions to improve the psychological climate and support teachers' mental health.
