The Efficacy of Business Ethics Levels to the Recently Graduated Entrepreneurs’ Workforce Management

Abstract

The study of entrepreneurship has been given significant importance in the academic community by several nations. According to Ghina, Simatupang, and Gustomo (2017), a significant proportion of the labor force in the ASEAN region is actively considering entrepreneurship as a prospective career path.

The study made use of the descriptive-correlational research design. This study was conducted in Henan Province China.

All the data showed a significant relationship between the business ethics levels and how the recently graduated entrepreneurs perform workforce management.

The provided information suggests that there is a relationship between business ethics levels and the performance of recently graduated entrepreneurs in workforce management.
