Abstract

In an increasingly globalized and digitally interconnected marketplace, understanding consumer behavior across diverse cultural and geographic boundaries has become a strategic imperative for international businesses. This study explores how artificial intelligence (AI)powered predictive marketing techniques can decode complex consumer patterns and preferences across borders. Leveraging machine learning algorithms, big data analytics, and natural language processing (NLP), predictive marketing offers unprecedented insights into consumer decisionmaking, purchase intent, and engagement behavior in multicultural contexts. The paper examines key AI methodologies-such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and behavior modeling-and their application in global markets, highlighting the importance of local context, cultural nuances, and ethical considerations. Through case studies and empirical data, this research outlines how businesses can harness AI to optimize marketing strategies, personalize experiences, and enhance customer lifetime value (CLV) across diverse international segments. Ultimately, the paper provides a conceptual and practical roadmap for integrating AI technologies in global marketing frameworks to better anticipate, respond to, and shape consumer behavior in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
