Abstract

To remain competitive in the current knowledge era, organizations should maintain high vitality. Organizations which are having knowledge of its external and internal environments can gain much higher competitive advantage over others. Knowledge management process with a strategic view can help organizations to better manage the information and knowledge it has. This paper concentrates on the strategic knowledge management process and organization vitality considering organization culture and environmental uncertainty as internal and external issues. Following previous research articles, this review is integrated using some propositions that relate strategic knowledge management process, organization culture, environmental uncertainty, and organization vitality.
