Starting from the definition of organization and a vision pyramid, the process of growth and survival of a human designed, built and operated organization is shown to be by nature a Conscious Corporation. It is argued in the paper how many of the extant/current proposals of organization like learning organization also lead to the same if the practices and disciplines suggested for their nurturing are followed. The concept has been illustrated through some contemporary corporate sagas.
