Abstract

In the present paper authoress explains that blended learning has the potential of offering courses or training that, through the wise choice of the blend, can have result that are better that the sum of the parts. This may require effort on the part of policy makers to work out modalities for enhancing learning across the nations taking due care of socio-cultural factors and cost aspects. The courses to designed would then enjoy creditability, interest of learners across the borders.
