Abstract

Higher Education is fully responsible to create a problems free society with the real human assets. It provides people with an opportunity to reflect on the critical, social, economic culture, moral and spiritual issues facing humanity. It contributes to overall development of the nation through dissemination of specialised knowledge and skill. Quality in the Higher Education is to be increased since it is the crucial factor for survival. But Unemployment Problems, Illiteracy, Ignorance, Poverty, Injustice, Exploitation, Communalisation, Casteism, Regionalism, Separation, Individualization, In-differentiation, Corruption and Nepotism are the serious challenges before the Higher Education and the Society. These challenges can be broken for the resolutions only by the Qualitative Higher Education. Another serious threat is also waiting to face the Higher Education. That Higher education is becoming as commercial product at international level. The Organisations are seriously considering the proposals to trade the Higher Education Globally. By playing their effective role, the teachers have to impart quality Higher Education to our youths. Primary & Secondary Education is to be made qualitative. Crystal clear system is to be prepared, introduced and carefully implemented. The teachers are to be provided with the minimum requirements. Curriculums of the different courses are to be redesigned suitable for the present economic scenario.
