Generally, classroom evaluation procedure for students involves question paper setting, paper solving and evaluation of answer sheet by instructor. Student's role in this is limited to question paper solving only. This paper introduces an innovative and comprehensive evaluating technique which is aptly called as ‘Topsy-Turvy Test’ for assessment of especially science and mathematics students. This test compels students to take part in complete evaluation procedure.
