Abstract

Background: The job of most important college teachers is more excessive and stressful no doubt main school educating required a high stage of skills and persistence and they face challenges and excessive degree of strain every day in their job. The increase and improvement of society are directly associated to the boom and improvement of Primary faculty teachers. Primary faculty teachers play a key role in the ordinary improvement of academic society. The pleasure of most important school instructors with their job helps in achieving the objectives of the academic device successfully and efficiently. Various definitions and theories have been proposed to give an explanation for the thought of job satisfaction. Few definitions are cited here.De Nobile(2003), Job satisfaction has been defined as the positive degree of like and dislike about work or the work environment. According to Locke (1976), “job satisfaction is a fantastic or quality emotional country resulting from a person's understanding of his/her own job” According to Bruneberg (1976), "Job satisfaction is "the level of like and dislike of their job is the extent of satisfaction and dissatisfaction to which human beings ".
