In teaching-learning process, goal is the realization of the set teaching-learning objectives. To know, how far this goal has been achieved the measurement and evaluation is to be done. The measurement and evaluation should be planned and carried out effectively. The teacher learner both aim towards the same thing for achieving the desired objectives.
