A study on the fundamental principles of idealism and its importance in modern education

As we all know that education and philosophy are firmly interlinked. Philosophy and education are like the two sides of a coin, present different views of the same thing and that one is implied by the other, the former is the contemplative side of life while the latter is the active side. The art of education can never attain complete clarity in itself without philosophy. Modern education is an instrument to develop competition and makes money minded students. It increased the ferocity and rudeness. To overcome this problem we need an education which is based on moral and spiritual values. In this paper we discuss about the fundamental principles of idealism and the importance of these principles in modern education.
