Ethics and quality enhancement of teacher educator

It needs no description that the teacher is the pivot of any educational system. On him rests the failure or the success of this system. If the teachers are well educated and if they are intellectually alive and take keen interest in their job, then only, success is ensured. But if they lack training in education and cannot give their heart to their profession, the system is destined to fail.

Besides professional ethics, quality enhancement of education system is also necessary. So there is a lot to be done for improving the ethical and quality standards of teacher educators. Then only the teacher educators can give their best in reforming the future teachers.
