Abstract

Education contributes to the development, advancement of the nation's culture. It is often described as a process that strives to produce desirable changes in the behavior of individuals. It has a great influence to make all round development of the individual. The Physical Education and Sports are important means to develop and improve the all personality of the student; the concept of overall development includes various aspects such as physical, mental, social, intellectual and socio-economic etc. These factors should also be the part of education curriculum as well as physical education and sports curriculum for various levels. The students generally involved themselves under the direction of physical education teacher in regard to physical education and sports activities. The recognized objectives of physical education are the objectives of developing physical fitness, motor ability and health status. Physical education programme lead to improved physical fitness, motor ability and health which is vital to the education and academic of every boy and girl.
