Abstract

“Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man.”

Swami Vivekananda

Legal education is a good investment which, if wisely made, will produce most advantageous outcomes for the nation and catalyze the speed of development. Of lately, the role of an advocate in any legal system is more than a skillful legal mechanic; he works as a social reformer, social engineer, reconciler and a harmonizer. The legal education provided at the law schools or institutes must be altered according to the conventional and contemporary needs of the legal profession and society.

This research paper provides an explanatory framework of challenge faced by the present legal education system and techniques to improve the legal education system in India.
