Abstract

Majority of law Schools teach students, how to think like a lawyers but doesn't teach how to provide services as a lawyer. Experiential based learning can be designed to support a wide variety of student learning goals.

I came across the difficulty to give practical exposure to students about the process of incorporation of company & It was not possible to take students to court of Registrar of companies due to large strength of class. There is also a general perception that as compared to sitting and listening to lectures delivered in the Socratic Method, the experiential learning requires a higher level of thinking and that a more collaborative approach to teaching results in students both grasping and retaining the content more effectively.
