Solver team model for fast paced software development

A "cross functional project" is a challenge for any corporate. One has to be vigilant from so-called cross functional team members and be very careful and politically aware in communications. The term ‘team ’is a misnomer there. In all the developmental methods (lean, agile, kanban, waterfall etc.) cross-functional teams are the fundamental weak point.
