Digital watermarking using MATLAB

With the development of multimedia technologies, network, fast growing social stream and rapid evolution of internet multimedia copyright protection and content authentication have become serious problem. It need to get solved urgently. Digital watermarking technology provides a strong solution for it. The general purpose of digital watermarking technology is used to protect image, audio, video from copying. In this project our aim is to study the digital watermarking technique using a strong tool that is MATLAB. MATLAB provides the strong platform to implement watermarking technique using different approaches. Objective of this work is to understand use of digital watermarking and implement same using MATLAB. Moreover in future we will learn how MATLAB can used in image processing.
