A Systematic Approach for Investigations of a Force Transducer

Though the force transducers have been designed and developed over the years, still it is felt that there is need to have a systematic approach for discussing various aspects of a force transducer from the design to the metrological characterization of force transducers. Hence, an attempt has been made to discuss the methodology for designing, developing and metrological characterization of force transducers. Various phases of the methodology have been discussed with suitable illustrations.
