A smart system is an interactive system which is intelligent up to some extent. Smart systems have been developed for smart cities applications, smart homes, smart negotiation systems, smart embedded systems, etc. The development of the smart systems has received less attention in the area of software requirements elicitation processes. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to present a smart decision making system for the selection of software requirements in software requirements elicitation process. We present the application of the smart decision making system for the selection of the requirements of the Institute Examination System.
