The purpose of this study is to explore the screen reading behaviour of LIS master's degree students in Nigerian Universities. Descriptive survey using questionnaire as data collection method was employed. The study reveals that mobile phone followed by lap top are the mostly used technologies by the students for screen reading/accessing digital resources, most of the respondents prefer to printout electronic document for reading while only a few of them engage in non-linear reading. This study has shed light on the screen reading behaviour of LIS students in Nigeria. This will enable LIS practitioners to provide digital reading resources and devices for students in higher education (HE).
